On 14th July 2021 Carol participated as a speaker and panelist in the Women in Tech (WiT) session at the Futuremakers Forum.
The focus for the Forum: "Unleashing the potential of young people to succeed in the future world of work" aims to highlight the emerging trends and frame how young people, clients and stakeholders can respond in a rapidly changing labour market.

The Impact of OAP on Alumni's Careers

Carol participated in the Open Africa Power Alumni Panel entitled β€œThe impact of OAP on OAP Alumni's careers", on June 21st, 2021.
The event brought together five former participants to the OAP program, giving the opportunity to the current cohort of 90 delegates to get real and first-hand knowledge on how the OAP program could impact their lives and careers.
